SERVICES & RESPONSIBILITY
BleuBec Solutions provides digital services including CRM implementation, automation systems, AI solutions, web development, ERP integration, and strategic advisory.
Financial or commercial results are never guaranteed.
The client remains fully responsible for the final use of the delivered systems, as well as for the data and access provided.
PAYMENT, OWNERSHIP & ACCESS
Projects are invoiced with a partial payment required before work begins, followed by the remaining balance upon delivery or by project phase.
Refunds are reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.
The structures, code, and methodologies developed remain the property of BleuBec Solutions.
The client is granted a right of use, without access to the source code unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
THIRD-PARTY TOOLS, TERMINATION & APPLICABLE LAW
BleuBec Solutions is not responsible for failures or losses related to third-party tools (platforms, APIs, or external services).
Any service may be suspended or terminated in the event of non-payment.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
